Warranty
All our products are strictly inspected by our experienced trained inspectors in according to our quality policy or customer requirements. Customers are advised to inspect their goods at our factories and prior to shipment. Since both marble and granite are natural material, there are natural variations from blocks to blocks. Therefore, there are no guarantees or warranties as to appearance.
CLAIMS
In the event of a claim, customer must contact Omni Global Corp's sales representatives as soon as possible
for resolution. Our company will try our best to help our customers to resolve any problem arises. In the event, our company authorizes
the return of the product, which will then be corrected or
a replacement provided. Under no circumstances is a customer
authorized to modify their purchases, and our company will not honor claims for any repair not authorized
in advance.
Customer is responsible to provide sufficient photo documentation of
the claimed defects when filing claim for defective material.
MANUFACTURERS' WARRANTY POLICY
Some of our products are backed by manufacturers' limited warranty for defect in manufacturing and/or parts. We will either send you a free replacement product or part. All warranties do not include any wear and tears, losses or misused by customers..
